ZTTK Annual Meeting for Members

Families in our ZTTK PARENT ONLY GROUP on Facebook, as well as those families who we are connected with outside of social media via email or the website, are invited to attend our annual meeting. Please see the following announcement:

Hello!

As members of this PARENTS ONLY group and parents that we are connected with via email or the website, you are members of the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation.

As part of our bylaws for the foundation, we are to hold an annual meeting for all members. Today by unanimous decision by the board at our December Board Meeting for the foundation, we decided to change the date and time of the annual meeting.

This memorandum announces the newly changed date and time for the foundation's annual meeting.

The annual meeting will serve different purposes depending on the year. This annual meeting will only be used for the opportunity for families in this group to meet the board members and executive officers of the board and allow them the opportunity to ask questions to the board members and officers. It will also allow us as a board to summarize what we have been working on so far this year.

Any member of the group, as well as their spouse and significant other or siblings of your ZTTK child may attend the meeting. Individuals with ZTTK are welcome to also attend the meeting.

This meeting is NOT for extended family, friends, acquaintances, or medical professionals/ researchers. If anyone in these categories has questions for the board, they may reach out to us via the website at www.zttksonshinefoundation.org

We are proud to serve families across the globe, and each of our families are important to us. However, because of the expanse of our population, it is impossible to find a date and time that suits every family in every time zone. The board chose this date and time for various reasons. We hope you can attend this annual meeting, and we look forward to seeing you. However, we also recognize that this may not be a day or time that suits you. We will attempt to record the meeting so that it could be viewed later by those who wished to attend but could not. However, due to inconsistencies and the unpredictability of technology, we may not be able to record the meeting. If the meeting cannot be recorded, then a summary of the meeting will be posted in this group for anyone who wishes to read it.

The meeting information and this resolution will be posted here, on the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation social media sites, as well as the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation website under the News section. We will post a reminder closer to the meeting date.
